Jennifer Joy Walker, MA is an author, speaker, coach and consultant whose enthusiastic spirit, commitment to unleashing individual and organizational potential and real world experience help individuals and organizations make significant transitions toward greater satisfaction and achievement.

Jennifer has over 20 years’ experience providing services to corporate clients in areas including leadership development, teambuilding, organizational career development, employee communications, and career and executive coaching.  Jennifer has provided consulting services to organizations in a variety of industries, including  healthcare, technology, manufacturing, hospitality, financial services, entertainment, and small business.

In addition, she has provided career counseling and coaching services to hundreds of individual clients.

Jennifer offers workshops, seminars, and presentations on a variety of topics, including  Full Color Living™, Full Color Work and Full Color Organizations.

Her book, “Full Color Living™,”  explores how to move from a “gray” life to a fully-expressed, satisfying, “full color” life. Based on interviews, it offers a roadmap for readers who are not content to just get by – who want nothing less than a life of meaning, fulfillment, and joy.

Her workbook, Full Color Work, offers a roadmap for identifying a meaningful and satisfying career direction.

Jennifer earned a Master of Arts degree in Vocational Counseling and Spiritual Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She also holds a Licentiate in Speech and Drama (L.R.A.M.) from the Royal Academy of Music in London, England. She is a Graduate with distinction of the Drama Studio, London, and has earned the designation of Accredited Business Communicator (ABC). Her most unusual educational achievement so far was earning a certificate in stage fighting from the British Society of Stage Fight Directors.

Born in Canada and educated in Canada, England and the United States, Jennifer thrives in beautiful southwest Florida with her husband, Woody Fletcher, and their large yellow lab, “Yeller.”
