111-120 Purple: A well lived life is one in which all aspects are included and healthy and you have achieved this, surely with some real effort. You may still have one area that would benefit by greater attention – go for it!
91-110 Green: Things are basically in “go” mode for you. You are satisfied with many areas of your life. Celebrate these! And why not choose one area to improve in the coming months.
81-90 Mauve: In general, you find most areas of your life satisfactory. A strong “good,” but not quite “great.” Which area would make the most difference if you focused on improving it? Relationships? Financial? Spiritual? Choose a topic you can affect and see if you can move the bar toward greater satisfaction in this area in the weeks ahead.
61-80 Blue: You have some areas of satisfaction but not enough. Choose one or two statements that particularly troubled you and brainstorm some ways to make simple changes that will bring more joy to your life.
51-60 Gray: You have significant areas of dissatisfaction that are holding you back from living your life in full color. Do your answers indicate any particular trouble areas, such as physical or relationships, to focus on? What can you do to change the situation and let yourself shine?
